SOUTHFIELD, MI-The business software development company credits a rise in 2000 sales for whopping expansion. It moves from a 3,500-sf headquarters on Nine Mile Road to a 9,500-sf facility on Evergreen Road.

SAN FRANCISCO-Downtown class A rents are down 3.77% to $69.19 per sf and class B rents are down 5.66% to $55.41 per sf. Vacancy is 17% higher and rents are nearly 30% lower in the dot-com heavy area south of Market Street.

DALLAS-Since 1985, it's been Stockton, Luedemann, French/Jackson & West offices in Dallas and Houston. But that's no more. It's now NorthMarq Capital Inc., in line with a merger nearly four years ago with the Minneapolis-based financier.

BOSTON-A recently released study indicates that this area's hotel market is growing while the national hotel market is on the decline. Lodging Econometrics, which conducted the study, says that Boston will probably experience a softening of occupancy in 2001.
