KANSAS CITY-The Clearwater, FL-based fast-food restaurant chain opens two new locations and purchases three existing Checkers in the market. The two new locations are in southern Johnson County.

CANTON, MA-This area's commercial potential is demonstrated by Stream International's expansion of its worldwide corporate headquarters here. Stream now leases an 80,000-sf building. The company is an international service provider of e-technology.

BOCA RATON, FL-The deal would marry a Boca-based homebuilder that produced $884 million in revenue and delivered 3,573 homes over the 12 months ended Oct. 31, 2000, with a Houston-area homebuilder that produced revenue of $641 million and delivered 2,499 homes over the 12 months ended Dec. 31.

DALLAS-Two corporate headquarters are part of four deals for 74,244 sf at Dallas-area office buildings. For Mapsco, it's a headquarters relocation in Dallas while Argoquest, a network of 60 Israeli high-tech firms, will use its spot for a temporary US main port.
