Aria Flats is in close proximity to the downtown Redmond light rail extension currently under construction and steps away from transit connections offering easy access to neighboring communities.

The proposed plan encompasses 2.6 million SF of the firm's 6.9 million-SF future development pipeline in the area.

Since The Reserve opened in 2008, 167 properties have been sold, and 38 lakeside homes and 15 homesites still available, with a total of 222 properties and more than $300 million in property values at build out.

The Salt Lake City, UT.-headquartered firm is aiming to renovate 8,000 affordable units nationwide.
