HOUSTON-Northchase Investments is getting three new office tenants at two properties. The deals represent a combined 13,861 sf for 14505 Torrey Chase and 13700 Veterans Memorial Dr. structures. The office space commands a rate of about $15 per sf.
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-The Denver-based optical networking company is funding its objective thanks to $100 million in recent equity investments and $75 million in vendor financing. In two previous rounds, the 350-employee company took in a total of $86.5 million.
GARLAND, TX-A 31,418-sf retail center and supplemental building has been sold in a $2-million deal. The fully leased plaza boasts a 20-year tenant as one of its anchors. A Henry S. Miller Commercial team and Royal Realty Advisors negotiated the deal.
