ORLANDO-British-born Robert I. Earl is teaming with longtime friend, the 11th Earl of Sandwich, to form a lunch-hour delivery service for office workers in Downtown London. Robert Earl has lost millions in the Orlando-based Planet Hollywood undertaking since the company went public in 1996.

FREDERICK, MD-The Baltimore-based company reports that the office park here is nearly 70% occupied. When completed, the 45-acre facility off Buckeystown Road will feature more than 423,300 sf of rentable space.

LAS COLINAS, TX-Transwestern Commercial Services has landed a double punch, securing a 185,000-sf management contract and the asset manager to MacArthur Plaza. Mat Hurlbut, who has handled the property since mid-1999, has been assigned to the class-A property in Las Colinas.

KANSAS CITY, KS-The 150-room hotel at Fifth Street and Minnesota Avenue here is the first for Downtown in nearly six years. The Unified Government of Kansas City, KS and Wyandotte County is partnering with KCK Hotel Group.
