ATLANTA-Crowe's Crossing, a 93,728-sf, 100%-leased shopping center in the Stone Mountain, GA area, goes for $6.8 million to Infinity Property Management Corp.

HOUSTON-Insignia/ESG has landed a new tenant for Eldridge Place Two, signing J. Ray McDermott Inc., an offshore energy supplier, to 146,768 sf in the class-A office property. The premier property is owned by The Brookdale Group, headquartered in Atlanta.

SAN JOSE-Council members said the petition was in violation of state election laws in many ways, including misleading voters. The decision means Cisco can go-ahead and begin construction this year on its 20,000-worker campus--unless the courts ultimately take over.
