FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-The new $23.7 million headquarters will double the size of the electronics firm's operations in the Detroit area.

ATLANTA-The country's largest direct-mail marketing company will move its metro area processing center in April from its current 115,000 sf location in Fulton County to a 144,500-sf headquarters structure at Riverside Business Park.

HOUSTON-Crescent City Beignets, a local coffee house operator, has signed a franchise agreement that will put at least 31 stores on line in the next five years. A Chicago-based restaurateur plans to open stores in seven states.

AUSTIN-Live Oak Development is ending this year with a new beginning--a 125,000-sf office project that has broken ground in the past six days. Ft. Worth-based Carter & Burgess has signed for 60,000 sf for its Austin operation.
