CEDAR PARK, TX-A 67,000-sf Randall's supermarket will anchor a neighborhood retail center that's on the drawing boards for Trammell Crow. TCC has just bought almost 14 acres for the project, which could build out to nearly 150,000 sf.

BOSTON-The Boston Museum Project wants to build a city museum on one of two prime pieces of real estate here. The project requires the support of the city but the mayor has not committed himself yet.

ORLANDO-The gift from the Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development will allow Osceola County to update its 16-year-old baseball complex and keep the Houston team happy until 2016 at least when the new 15-year lease expires. The facility on East U.S. 192 is 20 miles south of Downtown Orlando.

PHOENIX-Opus West has found one of the last few remaining vacant parcels along the Black Canyon Corridor and has started building a 95,000-sf office building there.
