WHITE PLAINS- Executive Andrew Spano announced yesterday (Tuesday Dec. 5) that the county has allied with MrOfficeSpace.com to link a listing of available commercial office space in Westchester with county government's web site.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Two local real estate investment groups have struck a deal for the sale of the 11-acre Vallecitos Business Center in San Marcos. The property is currently 98% occupied.

MIAMI-The San Francisco real estate investment trust's AMB Property LP arm has acquired Beacon Centre, a 23-building, 2.2 million-sf industrial center a mile west of Miami International Airport for $87.95 million in cash and $72.65 million in assumed debt.

FREMONT, CA-City officials expect to pay $15 million to acquire land and develop it into a cricket field. Two sites are under consideration: one at Palm Avenue and Interstate 680, and one in south Fremont near Interstate 880 and Auto Mall Parkway.
