Capital Commercial Real Estate Group brokers closed the sale of the Silver Blue Lake apartment complex.

River South is an office development totaling 360,860 square feet with 37,000-square-foot average floorplates to accommodate high-density users, five levels of subterranean parking and a fitness studio.

The two-story facility is located at the corner of Maple Street and Avenue A, just east of the Business Leadership Building, and will be approximately 36,400 gross square feet with seating to accommodate 700 guests.

While pursuing more growth outside the US, WeWork's program for mid-sized companies continues to expand in Manhattan.
