Today, the bank opened its first branch location at 865-875 Providence Highway in Dedham. The firm also is offering a sneak peek of its new branch at 425 Washington St. at the corner of Washington and Winter streets in Downtown Boston that will open for business next month.
The partners say the redevelopment plan calls for the office plaza to be converted to medical and “creative” office space that would support lifestyle uses, such as senior housing. Upon completion the project will be called “The Well at Sunset.”
The company also announced plans to establish new sites in Seattle, San Diego and Culver City and expand in cities across the United States including Pittsburgh, New York and Boulder, Colorado over the next three years.
