The UT system is preparing to seek potential buyers or developer-buyers of approximately 300 acres of undeveloped land in south central Houston less than three miles from the Texas Medical Center.

The Bradley, located at 51 Northwest 26th St., will include 175 micro studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 480 square feet to 1,000 square feet and will also feature approximately 32,000 square feet of commercial space.

Work on both phases involved a total of $166 million in public and private investment, CAMBA Housing Ventures states.

The need for more quality, class-A product is fueling value-add industrial activity in San Diego, but, like land, the opportunities are limited.
