Rauchet's first order of business will be JEMB Realty's 500,000-square-foot spec office project in Downtown Brooklyn and the renovation of Herald Towers in Midtown Manhattan.

“The negative narrative that has been out there about the death of retail is patently false,” says IHL Group's Greg Buzek.
