Macmillan has signed a 20-year lease deal to occupy 261,000 square feet of space at the 1.9-million-squae-foot 120 Broadway office tower.

The Hospital for Special Surgery will occupy 98,600 square feet of space under a sublease with Avon for four full floors (two-through five) that runs through June 2026. HSS also signed a direct lease that expires in 2032 at the 38-story office property.
