ArtBuilt Brooklyn is looking to secure long-term leases with individuals and firms that require spaces ranging from 250 square feet to 4,000 square feet.

The submarket has lost millions of square feet in office space in the last 25 years, but its remaining tenants are loyal, and rent increases are outpacing the CBD.

New corporate users continue to seek out spaces, and the overall vacancy rate just sank to 16.8%, a fifteen-year low.
