PASADENA, CA-Starwood Wasserman LLC of Providence, R.I. has developed three new buildings at the Shops on Lake Avenue, which will include about 25 retailers and three restaurants. Shops on Lake Avenue runs between Del Mar Boulevard and San Pasquel Street along Lake Avenue.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Gilbertson Associates is so taken by the building's appeal that it signs a seven-year lease at nearly $24 per sf for 11,000 sf at the Princess II. The irm will relocate from Scottsdale Airpark.

LOS ANGELES, CA-The $4 million renovation project at the former Wyndham property is nearing completion. The hotel is in a building that dates back to the 1920s and is designated as a historic site.

MIAMI-The $15 million, 78-unit Gables View Apartments is scheduled to break ground Monday, while the $11 million, 35-unit Villa Calabria is expected to break ground in January.
