EDISON, NJ— Hartz Mountain Industries has leased a 65,000-square-foot property to Topgolf at Edison Towne Square in Edison, NJ.

SAN ANTONIO, TX—The 100,000-square-foot, two-story facility is to be located on a 13.8-acre site off of Raymond E. Stotzer Jr. Freeway, at the intersection of North Ellison Drive and Westover Link.

PHOENIX—Three teams of graduating students from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business program will compete for up to $6,000 in prizes at the third annual REIAC/Rockefeller Group Challenge on May 4.
