KEARNY, NJ—Hugo Neu has signed four new leases at Kearny Point, a business growth district that is creating a home for tech startups, food manufacturers, media production, design and architecture, artists, small businesses, and entrepreneurs. The 130-acre, 1.5-1.75 million square-foot campus has closed numerous smaller lease transactions under its specialized pre-built and build-to-suit program.
