HOUSTON--Cresa, the country's largest tenant representation firm, has hired two in its Houston office.

AUSTIN—Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) has been appointed as the master developer for the construction of a new 57,600-square-foot, class A build-to-suit industrial building, Expo 12, for Excel Filters Inc.'s new satellite manufacturing facility in Expo Business Park, a new industrial park located in southeast Austin.

LOS ANGELES—The investor will use the funds from the bridge loan to refinance existing debt on a 34-property office and retail portfolio, with $30 million remaining for property improvements.
