LOS ANGELES-The nation's biggest provider of wireless communications has signed a lease for 13,663 sf of office space at the former headquarters of Jet Propulsion Laboratories.

NORTHBOROUGH, MA-Despite a jittery economy, enthusiasm has not dampened for the Greater Boston commercial real estate market. Gutierrez Cos.'s recent purchase of 560 acres here is evidence of that.

AUSTIN-VIKO Test Labs at 2209 Woodward St. in the southeast corridor has been bought by ChipPac Inc., a California-based semiconductor test provider. The purchase also includes VIKO's Santa Clara, CA operation.

WYANDOTTE COUNTY, KS-Industrial space just west of Kansas City, MO has been sought out, especially in recent years. Approximately 3.7 million sf have been absorbed, leaving about 300,000 sf of available space.
