MIAMI-The novelty imprinting company has purchased the 32-year-old, 94,461-sf Sunshine Industrial Park property at 15959 NW 15th Ave. from John H. Shapiro of Bay Harbor Islands, FL for $3.17 million or $33.56 per sf. The deal was done with a purchase money mortgage for $2.37 million.

REDMOND, WA-Black Box Network Services is dumping excess office space acquired through recent acquisitions. One office in Mukilteo will remain open, but other locations are being consolidated into its Redmond headquarters.

ROCKVILLE, MD-Fallsgrove Corporate Center, one of three office projects planned for the 257-acre mixed-used development in the 270 corridor, will break ground soon. The 208,000 sf, eight-story building is scheduled for completion in the spring 2002.

LOS ANGELES--Lowe Enterprises represents East Coast retirement fund in $50-million office purchase in El Segundo. The pair will build an additional 90,000 sf on an adjacent parcel.
