CHICAGO- The renowned ballet troupe is planning to build a $24 million downtown headquarters in one of the largest dance development projects in the nation. Commonwealth Edison is donating the $4.5 million building near Lake and State Streets and the city will pitch in another $4 million, with the rest to be raised in a fund raising drive.
