RALEIGH, NC-Walnut Creek Business Park will comprise 1.3 million sf for office, distribution and light manufacturing purposes. Four service center buildings, totaling 250,000 sf, are also planned. Nine distribution buildings will provide more than 1 million sf.

ATLANTA- The developer hopes to break ground next year if it can sign a lead tenant to 150,000 sf. The owner of the planned 18-story tower and 3,000-vehicle parking deck will be Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of New York which has had equity interests in Concourse products since the early 1980s. The site is 15 miles from Downtown.
