CARROLLTON, TX-Illes Food Ingredients Inc. is planning a move-in by April 2001 into 112,000 sf of manufacturing space at the Luna Distribution Center II. The 73-year-old business produces flavor and aroma enhancements for processors.
PORTLAND-The locally-based information technology company is taking 11,000 sf vacated by the Social Security Administration. The remaining 12,000 sf is being subleased from Mass Mutual.
