MIRAMAR, FL-Preparing for more store openings in Florida, Texas-based Neiman Marcus has taken a 10-year lease on 54,000 sf of warehouse/distribution space at the 400-acre Miramar Park of Commerce. The estimated aggregate value of the lease is $3.43 million.

NEWARK, CA-The Community Development and Training Center, an outreach development project by the Fremont Bible Fellowship, is several months behind schedule, over budget and, according to the city, undersupplied with restrooms.

EUGENE, OR-Information submitted to the city says the four-story, 64,000-sf building would be leased to a number of different companies who will use it to house communications switching equipment. The project would include ground-floor office space.
