AUSTIN-An Austin-based bingo operator has signed a letter of intent to buy two halls in undisclosed markets. One purchase plan involves a new market while the other is in a state where the corporation has a facility.

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TX-The 201,000-sf Richland Pointe Business Center, which delivered Friday, has its first major tenant, Software Spectrum. The $7 million project also has signed a 30,000-sf tenant, who plans to open a fitness center in the converted shopping center.
