McCarthy Holdings selected Raymond J. Sedey as the firm's next chief executive officer effective January 1, 2020, a position currently being held by Michael Bolen, who will continue as chairman of the board.

Completed in 2009, 50 Madison Road is a 125,871-square-foot data center that is fully leased to CyrusOne.

The three-building Class A industrial property, located at 5801 and 6301 East 10th Ave., features a 978,164-square-foot distribution and light assembly warehouse (phase one) and two newly constructed state-of-the-art distribution buildings totaling 602,657 square feet (phase two).

The five building, 292,110-square-foot industrial/flex portfolio was sold by Endurance Real Estate Group, LLC of Blue Bell, PA and Thackeray Partners of Dallas.

Sziklas, who will take on the post on Sept.3 and will be based at LaSalle’s corporate headquarters in Chicago, will lead the team of portfolio managers for LaSalle’s U.S. Custom Accounts clients and will be responsible for actively managing portfolios of office, retail, multifamily and industrial investments located throughout the U.S.
