Chasewood Technology Park is a four-building office campus totaling 463,969 square feet that is 92.9% leased overall to a diverse array of tenants, and the asset was recently sold to Nitya Capital.

The SL Green Realty Corp. tower stands 1,401 feet tall and totals 1.7 million square feet.

The transaction serves as Arch Street Capital Advisors and VEREIT's fourth acquisition this year, totaling $170 million in value.
