The brokerage firm opens a fourth Los Angeles office in Century City following two early office openings in August and October this year.

The 527,338-square-foot 800 North Brand Blvd. office tower in Glendale, CA was acquired from Piedmont Office Realty by Beacon Capital Partners, according to multiple press reports.

It is building a 1.7-million square foot campus that will allow it to double its workforce in the city.

The executive managing director at the brokerage firm Lee & Associates says a shadow inventory will only increase in 2019.
