215 Fremont, the 427,393-square-foot class-A office building, sold last week to Clarion Partners for $335.5 million, the largest real estate sale since 2017.

The public relations firm recently moved into GFP Real Estate's 21-story office building committing to a seven-year lease.

The American Airlines and British Airways investment in Terminal 8 will improve the overall customer experience, with a total of 70,400 square feet of additional space including 33,000 square feet of public space. Another 57,500 square feet of existing space will be refurbished.

Among some of the other major retail tenants at the development include Whole Foods Market, which will be opening a 69,000-square-foot location at the property. The location will be its largest in the DC Metro.

Equiem's technology aims to connect the Arborcrest community, and create a frictionless, vibrant and fulfilling place to work by introducing exclusive new amenities, offers and events to tenants.

The growing medical technology company is leasing 43,384 square feet in the O'Hare submarket.
