The exchange is leasing 75,000 square feet at Fosun's FiDi office tower.

The four-story 139,431-square-foot building, estimated to cost approximately $56.3 million to complete, will be built on the southwest corner of Clark Avenue and 1st Street on a one-acre parcel.

The acquisition will add 300 highly skilled technology experts—many recruited, trained and certified through ValuD's unique university partnerships—to JLL's specialized technology solutions team around the world.

Netflix also signed a coterminous lease extension for 325,757 square feet of office space at Hudson Pacific's ICON and 91,953 square feet of office space at the firm's CUE office buildings.

RAL Development Services had previously announced the pre-lease of 38,000 square feet of commercial space at 1300 Fairmount Avenue.

Leasing for flexible workspace accounted for 4.4% of the total square footage leased in the first half of the year.

Speaking of the Atlanta economy, Angel Oak Capital's Ben Easterlin says, "Right now, we're not seeing any cracks in the egg."
