For GlobeSt.com's 2019 ADAPT awards, we honored 3420 Bristol as the project winner for the most strategic redesign of a commercial property.

The company will purchase two adjoining sites next to its current manufacturing facility in the Scott Technology Park to construct a new 200,000-square-foot facility, state officials said.

The plan for the expanded Boston Convention and Exhibition Center calls for 200,000 square feet of additional space, which is expected to include a 100,000-square-foot exhibit hall; a 60,500-square-foot ballroom and 44,000 square feet in additional meeting rooms.

Leading the way were the cities of Orlando and Miami, which ranked number one and two respectively in terms of private-sector job growth in the first eight months of this year.

"These bold operators that are beginning to forge the next generation of flexible office space aren't always the biggest but they are the ones thinking critically about what will sustain them into the future."

The New York City-based firm has signed a 15-year lease for 200,000 square feet of space and plans to relocate its corporate operations from Livingston to the Morristown building in late 2020.
