The fundamentals driving the commercial real estate industry remain positive in many of the top metropolitan markets across the country, including Chicago. We are seeing strong job growth, population growth, and a ramping up of some of corporate America's top companies.

Denholtz Properties, which has a portfolio of office, industrial and retail space in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, also announced the sale of a parcel of land adjacent to its 1000 N. Ashley Avenue office building in Downtown Tampa to Mill Creek of Boca Raton, FL.

The Boston-based firm received the latest round of funding from existing investors Wavecrest Growth Partners, River Cities Capital Funds, MassMutual Ventures and Camber Creek Ventures. The same investment group, led by Wavecrest Growth Partners, provided Building Engines $26.5 million in 2016.

The opening is part of a plan to make BIZCENTER USA a national co-working and virtual office franchise.

"Today's news is a positive step in the right direction for all of the communities that sit on the Raritan Valley Line," said State Senator Nicholas Scutari. "One seat ride is critical for the continued economic growth of our region."

The purchase of the 29-story office tower follows Bridge Investment's purchase of the Offices at Flagler Station and the Offices at Doral Square.
