The New York City-based real estate firm Savanna is purchasing the 39-story Midtown East skyscraper.

Amazon is expanding its Austin Tech Hub with plans to create 800 new tech jobs in the process, which will necessitate a move into a new 145,000-square-foot office in The Domain in 2020.

The company has signed a lease for 15,171 square feet and will relocate its Hartford offices to the nearby 30-story Goodwin Square Building at 225 Asylum St. in January 2020.

The building owner explains Inventa is a nod to the property's history as the former headquarters of Discovery Communications.

The company, founded in 2002, is currently headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA. Brightree, which is a subsidiary of ResMed, has leased 60,500 square feet of former office and warehouse space at Bureau 125 Tech Park.

The two properties were sold by Aventura, FL-based ESJ Capital Partners and MG3 Developer Group of Hollywood, FL. MG3 was the developer of both charter schools.

Troy Block, two newly constructed class-A office towers, has sold to a private high net-worth family office, representing the largest single asset trade by volume in Seattle history, according to HFF.

“New ownership has the opportunity to renovate and reposition the property in the near term for additional value creation," says Marcus & Millichap's Stephen Lieberman. "Considering the current and future outlook for office space demand in downtown Evanston, ownership should prove to be successful.”
