The completed transactions, most of which were classified as “net lease,” were a mix of restaurants, convenience stores/gas stations, discount stores, veterinary clinics, fitness centers and drug stores, spanning across 12 states, including seven in Pennsylvania and five in New Jersey.

The deal allows Barb's Treasures, an expanding independent retailer, to operate in a larger retail location.

The 33-story mixed-use project at 40 Trinity Place in Boston's Back Bay upon completion will feature 147 hotel rooms and 146 residential units, as well as multiple amenities and dining options.

The firm purchased the two premier single-tenant assets through its third institutional value-add fund.
