Liberty Tax, soon to be renamed the Franchise Group, has inked a definitive agreement to acquire the Vitamin Shoppe in an all cash transaction. The Vitamin Shoppe conducts business through more than 750 company-operated retail stores under The Vitamin Shoppe and Super Supplements retail banners nationwide.

This likely is the biggest office construction loan to ever close for a Brickell project.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities and TMG Partners recently bought the vacant property at 945 Market St. and future plans were undisclosed but Alexandria says it looks forward to securing a mixed-use project with a strong retail presence.

Pottery Barn reps said the location in the center of the DFW was among factors that made Arlington an ideal spot for its new outlet, in addition to its distribution center and existing Pottery Barn locations there.

SJP Properties has secured the firm to lease 47,892 square feet of retail space at 11 Times Square.

JLL advised the borrower on the refinancing of the existing construction financing on the property.
