Lee & Associates NYC Hires New Executive Managing Director

Mitchell W. Salmon joins the brokerage firm from Garrison Investment Group.

Mitchell W. Salmon Mitchell W. Salmon has joined Lee & Associates NYC.

NEW YORK CITY–Mitchell W. Salmon has joined the retail and office leasing team at Lee & Associates NYC, as executive managing director. In addition to leasing, Salmon will participate in asset management and acquisitions for Lee NYC and its affiliates.

Previously, he was the managing director at Garrison Investment Group, with $4 billion in retail assets under management. At Garrison, Salmon developed strategic plans for the firm’s national retail platform, increasing it to more than 9.2 million square feet, across 17 states.
