Baker Begins Lincoln Ave. Ultra Luxury Tower

ELEVATE Lincoln Park will take the place of the demolished Lincoln Centre.

CHICAGO—Baker Development Corp. will begin transforming a stretch of Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Park this March when it demolishes the old Lincoln Centre complex and begins construction on ELEVATE Lincoln Park – a mixed-use 191-unit luxury apartment building.
