CHICAGO—The Chicago industrial market has gotten off to a very solid start in 2016, but even more impressive is what is likely to happen the rest of the year. Demand is robust, but few spaces larger than 250,000 square feet are available. And developers have responded by launching a historic amount of new construction projects.
