WASHINGTON, DC–DivcoWest hascompleted the purchase of 1133 15th St., NW, anapproximately 213,000 square foot office building located on theborder of the CBD and East End submarkets. The 12-story building,which sits across from Midtown Center, the future headquarters ofFannie Mae, is currently approximately 90% leased to a diversifiedgroup of tenants.

WASHINGTON, DC–American Real EstatePartners has acquired 810 First St. NE, a192,000-square-foot office building located in NoMa. The seller wasrepresented by James Cassidy and Jud Ryan, of the Washington, DCoffice of Newmark Knight Frank.
