FT. WORTH—Finishing touches have been put on the $70-million facelift of Ridgmar Mall here. The project has involved extensive interior remodeling of the 24-year-old structure, including a new food court being promoted with local television advertising. An 18-screen AMC theater is ticketed for a summer 2001 opening. New tenants include the Gap and Foley’s. The one-million-sf mall, which is 83% occupied, was purchased in 1997 by the Shopco Group of New York.
