STAMFORD, CT-The $120 million merger deal announced this past Monday between DoubleClick Inc., and @plan.inc will not mean the loss of any jobs in Connecticut, GlobeSt.com has learned.

Jennifer Blum, a spokesperson for Doubleclick of New York City, says that once the merger is completed, @plan’s space in Downtown Stamford will become a division headquarters for Doubleclick.

“@plan will operate as a separate division,” she adds. @plan is headquartered at Three Landmark Square where it employs approximately 45 workers. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.

DoubleClick’s global headquarters is located at 450 West 33rd St. in Manhattan. The company is an Internet advertising solutions firm. @plan is a provider of on-line research planning systems.
