Berwind Buys Tysons Corner Office Building

MCLEAN, VA-Berwind Property Group recently purchased from TA Associates Realty a 68,000-sf suburban office building in Tysons Corner for $9.6 million, or $141 per sf. The Lewinsville Office Building is fully leased.

MCLEAN, VA-Berwind Property Group recently purchased a four-story suburban office building in Tysons Corner for $9.6 million. At 68,000 sf, the price was $141 per sf. The seller was TA Associates Realty, which was represented by Insignia/ESG.

The Lewinsville Office Building, located at 7601 Lewinsville Road in McLean has visibility on the Capital Beltway, with access to Interstate 66 and the Dulles Toll Road. The property is fully leased by a variety of professional and technology firm tenants.
