MINNEAPOLIS – Colliers Towle Real estate has landed five new property management contracts in the Twin Cities in recent weeks. According to the Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm, the contracts include 72,000 sf at 607 Marquette and 54,000 sf at the Ancient Traders Market and Phillips Community Office Center in Minneapolis; 60,000 sf at an office warehouse in New Hope; 66,000 sf at the Airport I office building in Bloomington; and 60,000 sf in the Minnesota Business Academy, a charter school in the former Science Museum building in downtown St. Paul.
