DALLAS-A 10,000-sf vacant Eckerd’s drug store in Dallas’ eclectic Knox Street shopping district has been leased to Z Gallerie.

The tenant has been represented by United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks and The Corritore Co. while Sarofim Realty Advisors has acted on its own behalf in the recent transaction for 3319 Knox St.

In another recent lease, UCR has signed the Bombay Outlet to 5,000 sf of new construction at the 300,000-sf The Crossing, located at Texas 26 and Precinct Line in North Richland Hills. UCR has handled the negotiations. The Crossing is owned by Trademark Cos.
