ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Kawasaki Motors Corp. USA is relocating its Irvine warehouse to Ontario, having inked a lease for 175,300 sf at the newly completed South Haven Business Park.

The warehouse and distribution facility, which was designed by Coatsworth Architects, stands at 2155 S. Excise Ave. The Irvine-based maker of motorcycles, utility vehicles and watercraft will utilize the space for its distribution operations. The deal is valued at more than $4.8 million.

Kawasaki was represented by Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis. CB Richard Ellis’ Inland Valley Partners brokerage team represented the owner, Panattoni Development Co.

A toy supplier has also signed a lease at the South Haven Business Park. Distribution Alternatives Inc., which supplies educational toys, baby products, bicycles, party goods and candles, has inked a $4.3-million deal for 230,000 sf in the building. The space will house the company’s warehousing and distribution operations.
