SAN DIEGO—Legacy Partners has begun construction of Legacy Sabre Springs, a three-building, 423,000-sf office complex on the corner of Sabre Springs Parkway and Evening Creek Drive North near Interstate 15. Each six-story building will offer about 141,000 sf, with floors averaging 23,500 sf. The first phase, consisting of two buildings totaling 282,000 sf, is scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 2002.

Legacy Sabre Springs would be the tallest new development in the market, according to Rich Simons, vice president of acquisitions and development for Legacy Partners Commercial

Jeb Bakke, Bret Gossett and Brent Wright of CB Richard Ellis in San Diego will be responsible for marketing the new development.
