BEAVERTON, OR-L.J. Melody & Co., a division of CB Richard Ellis, has arranged for $24 million in funds to refinance the Murray Business Center.

Acting as the mortgage broker on the transaction, Melody’s New York City office obtained the permanent financing on the building from Salomon Smith Barney on behalf of Time Equities Inc. Terms of the loan are 30 years at 7.25%.

Murray Business Center is a 340,000-sf flex/office property housing such major tenants as Providence Health Care, Nike Corp. and Stream International. The building is 100% occupied.
