CAMBRIDGE, MA-Clark, Hunt & Embry has signed a lease for 11,180-sf at 55 Cambridge Pkwy. The Beal Company’s Molly Walker and Mike Tammaro represented the general practice law firm in the transaction while Meredith & Grew, Inc. ONCOR International’s Joe Flaherty and Bill Zielinski represented the property owner, Cabot Cabot & Forbes of New England.

Clark, Hunt & Embry is relocating from its current location at 17 Monsignor O’Brien Highway for expansion purposes. Bruce J. Embry, managing partner at the firm says that the new location was attractive because it provides its clients with easy access to the firm given its proximity to major highways and public transportation resources. He adds that the firm looks forward to continued expansion in the greater Cambridge/Boston area.

55 Cambridge Parkway is a nine-story, 276,000-sf office building located on the Charles River. The property is near the Massachusetts Institute of Technology within the technology rich East Cambridge/Kendall Square area. Among the other tenants in the building is Genzyme Corp., which recently took 61,000 sf of space. Flaherty, who also represented Cabot Cabot & Forbes in that transaction, said that Meredith & Grew has a number of leases pending for space in the building which, when including this deal, will nearly lease up the building.
