LONDON-Alan Welsh’s Antler Property Investments has raised £235 million ($365 million) with the sale of a portfolio of 16 properties to Standard Life Investments. The sale reflects a net initial yield of over 7%.

The main assets are SmithKlineBeecham’s former headquarters at New Horizon Court, Brentford, West Lonodn; the Bathgate Retail Park near Edinburgh; the Estuary Industrial Park at Speke, Liverpool and Rank Xerox’s HQ at Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
